In November 2017 my cohort will put on an end-of-year exhibition to celebrate our final university work before we graduate.
The branding for the exhibition was a collaboration between myself and Hope McConnell (the Creative Directors for the exhibition), and Sophie Miya-Smith (Head of Photography). The brand identity consists of 6 images, a logo for the name of the exhibition 'open', and several sub-logos for the specialist areas within our major.
Student bodies were painted white to become blank canvases, indicative of our impending transition into industry. As communication designers we often focus on a polished final product. Our brand pulls back all the layers and begins an intriguing journey to reveal the liminal space between idea and deliverable.
